Jen Stanley uses her culinary background of working with the Four Seasons Hotels to help clients transition into a healthier lifestyle and has solutions to all the above questions.





Our supportive coaching sessions are designed around your specific needs whether it is assistance with menu planning, fast and easy recipe ideas, converting your favorite recipes into healthier versions, or an at-home nutritional workshop to show you how to use your own equipment to create delicious and nutritious meals. Our at-home nutritional workshops provide step by step guidance in preparing fresh and innovative recipes while educating on what vitamins, minerals, and health benefits result from consuming certain foods.

To ensure a safe and beneficial juice fast, From Scratch Wellness customizes juice fast protocols with recipe lists based on your dietary requirements and detoxification goals. A sample of our juice recipes include the Thyroid Balancer, Blood Cleanser, Liver Detox, Stomach Soother, Kidney Sweep, and many more. Our juice fast protocols also include pre and post fasting suggestions to ensure easy transition to and from a solid diet.

Nutritional coaching sessions are 1 1/2 hour.
At-home nutritional cooking workshop is 3 hours.
Customized juice fast protocols are 1 hour sessions.
