100-Hour Foundational I-ACT Level 1 Enrollment Agreement
Prerequisites for Foundational Level Course:
• Must have a high school diploma/GED, or equivalent
• Must have postsecondary education level A&P (equivalent to 3 semester hours)
• Must have a current CPR card
• Each new student should have received 1-3 colonics prior to entering training
Length of Course: 100 hour course divided into 10 physical classroom days and 3 apprenticeship days.
Course Length: may be 3 days a week (8:00am-6:00pm) over 4 1/2 consecutive weeks or 2 days a week (8:00am-6:00pm) over 6 1/2 consecutive weeks.

1. Tuition Amount
A. Tuition for the course is $4800.00, which includes the application fee of $500.00 and program cost of $4300.00. Application/administrative fee is non-refundable.
2. Other costs
A. Travel, food, and lodging expenses.
A. A deposit of $500.00 is requested with submission of the application form and enrollment contract. $150.00 is a program administrative fee and is nonrefundable.
B. Both the application and enrollment contract should be completed and returned with payment.
C. The remaining balance must be paid in full 21 days prior to class beginning unless approved by Jen Stanley.
Late Charges and Cost of Collection
An additional $35.00 fee will be charged on any overdraft or inability to process fees due and payable to From Scratch Wellness Services.
A. If an applicant is not accepted having made an initial payment, all monies except the administrative fee of $150.00 will be refunded.
B. An applicant who provides written notice of cancellation within three (3) days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and federal or state holidays of signing an enrollment contract is entitled to a refund of all monies paid minus the application/administrative fee of $150.00.
C. If an student cancels after three (3) business days of signing the enrollment agreement, and 21 days before start of class they will be entitled to a 50% refund;
D. If student cancels 20 days before start of class then a 30% refund will be provided;
E. If the student cancels less than 20 days before start of class then no refund will be provided.
F. If student arrives first day of program and withdraws, no refund of tuition will be provided.
G. If From Scratch Wellness services cancels or changes the date of scheduled course no less than 21 days before start of program a full refund will be provided to the student.
H. Students must notify Jen Stanley of From Scratch Wellness in writing delivered in person, mail or by electronic mail if they need to cancel out of the program. The notice must be signed and dated by the student.
I. Refunds are mailed within 30 days of the date of notification.
Procedure for Withdrawal
A. Withdrawal requests must be written, dated and signed by student
B. Student may be offered an opportunity to return at a later date
A. Failure to satisfactorily complete the academic or internship aspects of the training, non-payment of tuition, unethical behavior, or failure to comply with training guidelines will result in dismissal from the program and no entitlement to refund of tuition.
Professional Standards Certification
Certification standards vary greatly in different jurisdictions. Our program meets or exceeds the standards set forth by the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy, the largest professional organization overseeing standards in the field of Colon Hydrotherapy.
Job Placement Disclaimer
This program does not guarantee job placement to graduates upon course completion or upon graduation. Therefore I acknowledge that job placement and compensation cannot be guaranteed by From Scratch Wellness Services.
Notice to Applicant
To fulfill From Scratch Wellness Services intention of providing high quality education, this program may from time to time modify content or schedule in order to improve curriculum and/or reflect changes in national standards. From Scratch Wellness Services reserves the right to cancel the course at any time. In the event of cancellation a full refund will be issued in accordance with the refund policy set forth in this contract.
